Project Description

The Ocean Parade Towers is unique real estate development designed and build by ITB Nigeria Limited. It consists of 14 distinctively arranged towers set to provide a luxurious life style for its inhabitants. The project is divided into 3 phases. While work on the first and second phase is completed, construction work has commenced in the last and final phase.

The Ocean Parade Towers is a symbol of luxury and security. The security need of the estate was carefully thought out planned and implemented. The facilities provided for in the first and second phase of this elegant estate are state-of-the-art and includes but not limited to an ultra modern adult and children outdoor swimming pool, two lawn tennis and a basket ball court, a gymnasium, 24hrs electricity supply, sewage and water treatment plant, borehole, multi-storey car park, pool side bar, clubhouse, squash court, etc.

DESIGN
The finishing of this development is state of the art with the following: Choice tiles for the floor, granite staircases, mantle floor and wall tiles at ground floor entrance.

The windows are aluminum slidings, doors are wooden and rated with aluminum slidings, door at entrance to balcony. There is a general balcony for sit out and three lift for each block.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Water and Sewage Treatments: With a water tank capacity of 320 cubic meters in the basement and 25 cubic meter on the roof, and water treatment of 10 cubic meter per hour, Kings Tower can meet the demands of all tenants and visitors in the building. The sewage treatment can accomodate for 3,000 people.

Electrical room is fitted with Firefighting dry system, FM200.

Dedicated PHCN connection on 2 transformers of 1,500 KVA each.
Fire fighting system consists of
2 sprinklers pumps (1 on duty and 1 on stand by)
2 Hose reel pumps (1 on duty and 1 on stand by)
